このメッセージが表示される箇所は、こちらです[1]。
  1. "this extension" が何に向けた extension かを踏まえたうえで、訳語を再考されたほうがよろしいかと思います。でないと、ユーザーに誤解や混乱を与えるでしょう。
  2. 通常なら「This extension によって GNOME Shell とその拡張機能リポジトリ (https://extensions.gnome.org) が統合されます。」くらいになるか思うのですが、"integration" について説明を補足しても良いかな、と思います。
  3. "native" に関しても、少なくともここでは「ネイティブ」でなく他の訳語が考えられると思います。

おそらく、同期に際してリポジトリにある拡張機能のバージョンとインストールされてる拡張機能のそれを比較して、インストール済みのバージョンほうが新しいときに "○○ must be downgraded" と表示されるように思うのですが…
