傍観者でしたが、一言コメントさせてください。

結論は、次のどちらか。
 1. 原文のみ載せる＝翻訳しない、参考訳も載せない
 2. 非公式な翻訳（参考訳）を載せる
   * 非公式な翻訳であることを最初に明記する
   * プロジェクト内で一括で参考訳を編集できる仕組みがある場合にかぎる

わたしは、1 の原文のみを載せるに賛成。
理由は、現時点での翻訳チームに、
十分な resource がないように思うからです。

非公式なランセンス文章の翻訳に、
法的効力があるかと問われたとしたら、それは全く無いですよね。
なぜならば、原文を翻訳した文章自体そのものが、非公式だから、
その非公式な翻訳文を利用者が「法的効力がある」と思い込んだとしても、
そんなこと知ったこっちゃないというわけですね。

また、もしライセンス原文について気になる人がいたら、
自ずと調べようとしますよね。
ググるなり、自分で翻訳を試みたりなど。
それすらしない人は、そもそもライセンスに気もとめないでしょう。
